Have you ever asked God why He still offers His kindness and reaches out to you for help even though you are a terrible sinner and think you are not worthy of His love and grace? You might also think that when He comes to you, He will punish you. When in fact, God only offers His grace to you.
Just as in Luke 8:26-39, where Jesus heals a man with demons in him. Jesus told His disciples to go to a place just across the lake from Galilee. Jesus went to that place because He heard the cry of one man asking for His help. And, the man asked Jesus why He is there and what He wanted to the man. He even asked not to punish him.
You might have gone in a situation where you needed help from the Lord and yet you also thought that God can’t help you in your troubles and problems because you are a sinner and worst, you would think that He came to punish you. But, the truth is, God came not to punish you but to heal and free you from the bondage you are in.
God is merciful and gracious. So stop condemning yourself because God never condemns you. Receive His grace and live in righteousness in Christ Jesus. Also, give always the glory to Him.
